On the vision loss roller coaster again ...

Ugh, I'd noticed a change in depth perception and more blurriness over the last two weeks ... I could feel the anxiety starting to make it's way through my body ... starting with the over eating and scratching (I have mild eczema) ... but because I've been so happy with building and sharing my Wellness business, I wasn't focusing on the changes.

I went to the optometrist today to pick up a new pair of prescription sunglasses ... and this unfolded ...

I am at peace with this
