Food for sight

Well this is what it's all about really .... the basis of my transformation to increase my chances of regaining eyesight is all about good clean food. I researched my little butt off, reading websites, articles, blogs, everything I could access on food for eye health.
Here's what I came up with ...
We need to eat:
*clean whole foods
*low GI
*Omega 3's - like deep sea fish
*Antioxidants - like green tea
*Good fats
*Eggs
*Green leafy vegetables
*Broccoli - eat your heart out with this gem!
*Nuts, seeds and legumes
*A variety of fruit and vegetables, and
*Coconut
We need to cut:
*the processed foods
*refined and processed sugars
*excess gluten
*trans fats
