Have you been dying to join Nat in one of her mindful activities but haven't been able to get to the Central Coast?

Here's your opportunity to join Mindfulness expert Nat Mallia as she guides you through an nature-based immersive experience. 

Connect with Nature | Connect with Yourself

Immerse yourself in nature, enjoy a guided meditation that will connect you with mother earth and your higher-self, be guided on a mindful walk and finish up with a mindfully drinking tea activity and group share. 

Why 2 hours?

Did you know that after you spend at least two hours in nature that you start to notice the benefits both physcially and emotionally? Being in nature helps reduce our stress, balance our hormones, reduces blood pressure, calms our nervous system, allows us to calm our mind and help us to see things more clearly! Our schedule (times are only a guide):

9.30am - Welcome and nature-based meditation information

9.45am - Guided seated meditation 

Find a comfy spot to sit down and be guided by Nat as you plant your roots into the earth and connect with mother nature. Allow your spirit to unwind and connect with the rustling of the trees and singing of the birds.

10.05am - Guided Mindful walk 

Wherever you are, Nat will guide you through a walk that allows you to slow right down and connect with all that nature has to offer us. There will be some quiet time for you to simply walk and reflect, knowing that Nat and the others are right there with you.

10.35am - Mindfully tea drinking activity and reflection time

Allow your immersive nature experience to integrate by connecting with a warming cup of tea and if you like, journal some of your reflections, inspirations, ah-ha moments or thoughts. 

11.10am - Connect and Share

Here's your chance to connect with the others in the group and share your experience with each other. Retreats are a beautiful time to go within, regain our inner-strength and recharge our batteries, and it's wonderful to finish up being able to share that experience with the group.
