There are a lot of pieces that come together to support us on our self-healing journey and meditation is the key.  Nat has been on her own self-healing journey for over 20 years and has bundled up the most enriching and fulfilling package to support you on your own self-healing journey.

 

To be able to heal and grow you need to be able to cultivate that sense of calm and to feel grounded regardless of what is happening in your life. In the Circle, we achieve this with the traditional Buddhist style meditations.

 

It is also important to release the things that are causing us stress. A special full moon meditation and ritual will help you gain perspective on what's on your mind and leave you feeling lighter.

 

We also tune into the energy of the new moon to manifest what your heart truly desires. Having hope and connection with your goals creates a sense of purpose and joy. 

 

Balancing and clearing our energy field is crucial for feeling more in flow with our life. We do that with a guided mystical chakra balance meditation

 

But it doesn't end there, we also do other meditations to help support you including pain management, relaxation, and meditations tailored to specific areas affecting your emotional wellbeing. 

 

Combined with our members-only area, access to Nat and connecting with a group of like-minded souls, you have the perfect package to support you on your self-healing journey.

Each session includes a short inspiring talk, a guided meditation, followed by questions and a group conversation at the end. Times are negotiated each month within the VIP Facebook group.

All recordings will be sent to you via email for you to watch or rewatch at your leisure, giving you unlimited access to guided meditations.

Your own personal meditation coach

Getting into a regular practice can be a bit daunting.

 

To support you in your journey towards meditation and mindfulness, Nat will be available for you outside of the sessions if you need help with your practice and encouragement to get on the cushion.

Nat is a certified Buddhist Meditation Teacher, Wellness Coach, Chakra Intuitive and an ACT Mindfully Practitioner.

How it Works

 

 

How do I join the sessions?

The 3 live meditation sessions are held each week via Zoom. Zoom allows both of us to be on video (if you choose to) and also allows us to interact.


If you live locally or are holidaying in the Central Coast, you can join me for a live session on the beach at least once a week! Weather permitting of course.

When are the sessions?

We will negotiate the times of the live meditation sessions within our VIP Facebook group each month. This means you get to choose times that suit you! 

  • One weekday early morning session 

  • One weekday day-time session

  • One weekday evening/night time session

Each session includes a short inspiring talk, a guided meditation, followed by questions and a group conversation at the end.

What if I can't attend all the live sessions?

You may choose just to attend one or all three sessions each week. We have a variety of times so that at least one time each week will be suitable for you. 

You will also receive a recording of the meditation session if you're unable to attend the live.

Does the Circle run all year?
We break for six weeks a year, One week in the Easter, winter, and spring school holidays and three weeks from 23 December. The reason for this is that it is good for your emotional wellbeing to have breaks in any of your regular commitments. This gives you a chance to refresh and reconnect with your practice.

 

Your membership fees have been adjusted to make this 10 1/2 month program paid for either in full at a discounted rate or monthly with the payments spread over the 12 months. 

Do I need any meditation experience for these classes?
Not at all, I'll be guiding you through the meditation sequence.

Will you be teaching me how to meditate?
I will not be giving any theoretical teachings on how to meditate, for those you can join my Meditation & Mindfulness for Wellbeing course. However, I will be guiding you through a meditation sequence, you will be able to see me on camera and can ask me any questions to ensure you're comfortable with your practice :) 

I can't meditate but I really need to work on my emotional wellbeing, what do I do?
Meditation doesn't come easy to many people, we all have to use great amounts of patience and discipline to sit on the cushion. But you know what? When you'll start to see the benefits to our mental and physical health, you'll realise it's worth it. 

About Nat 

Meeting His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in December 2018.
The moment Nat realised she wanted to teach the healing benefits of meditation to others.

Nat found her way to meditation in 2015, when her doctors told her that she would be blind in 3 months time.

She knew that there had to be a way that she could regain control of her mind and heal her body, so she devoted her time to meditation, mindfulness and the metaphysics of eyesight.

 

Her dedicated meditation practice and determination to calm her mind and heal her body paid off, her vision didn't deteriorate to blindness, and 4 years later, in 2019, Nat's sight was regained through miracle eye surgery.

 

Nat is a certified Meditation Teacher, Wellness Coach, Chakra Intuitive and ACT Mindfully Practitioner. She loves sharing the healing benefits of meditation and mindfulness with people and watching their lives transform as well.
